- 2 sticks butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Add baking soda and salt. Stir in flour, add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
